Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara

Mascara on the bottom lash line is something of a new concept to me. My trademark look used to be eyeliner but gone are those days. Up until recently, buying a mascara purely for the bottom lashes was a pretty alien concept.  Suddenly, I hated the look of wearing black eyeliner and opted for a dash of mascara. Then I realised just how long it took me to apply it using a normal mascara. Having a huge brush usually resulted in getting more mascara on my face then anywhere else and I just gave up. I had some vouchers burning a hole in my pocket so decided to give the Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara a go and I am so glad I did. Yes £11 is expensive but I think it is money well spent and I shall be repurchasing. This makes application a pure dream and I love the fresh look wearing mascara on the bottom gives.

Have you tried this or do you find using a normal mascara works for you?

  1. Ooh I've seen this in a few make-up tutorial videos and wondered what it is like! I find it hard to apply mascara to bottom lashes too, so might give this a go! :) x

  3. I think I'd purchase this once for the wand then clean it off and reuse it in my normal mascara, sort of recycling and saving money!
